Q. Do you have a storefront? Where else do you sell your products?
Currently, we do not have a storefront. We sell twice weekly at the Kootenai County Farmers Market in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and we travel to a variety of arts and crafts show around the Inland Northwest. Check out our travels and schedule on our Facebook page.
We also offer home shows and online, social media sale shows. If you are interested in being a host for either of these, please contact us for more info at email@example.com.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Living Earth Naturals uses the United States Postal Service for shipping orders. Typically, we use priority mail, which take an average of 2-5 days depending on your location. We also offer Local Pick Up and this option will show based on your address. If you choose this option, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will schedule a pick up time. We pack and ship orders within 3-4 business days of receipt of payment. Orders take an average of 7-11 days to reach you. Our shipping packaging is made of 100% recycled materials. It is both recyclable and biodegradable.
Q. An item I am interested in is marked “Temporarily Out of Stock.” How long will it be until this item is available?
We are a small family business, and we put concerted effort and care into making all of our products. We produce in small batches in order to maintain the best quality for you. We do our best to track inventory and be stocked for all possible sales, but occasionally we may run out of a desired product. Most items will be back in stock within a week or two at most. In the case of soaps, which have at least a month long cure time, it may be longer. Again, we do our best to avoid this as we want to provide you with your products in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an “out of stock” item, please contact us at email@example.com.
Q. Do you accept returns?
For safety and hygiene, we cannot restock or resale purchased products. Therefore, we do not accept returns. We truly hope and believe you will love and be well served by our products, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us. We want you to be happy and will work with you regarding your purchase.
Living Earth Naturals uses the highest quality ingredients to make our products. Because of our products are all natural, they may be compromised during shipping, particularly during warm summer months. Average melting points of our items are indicated in the product descriptions, please consider these when ordering.
Living Earth Naturals is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. We provide a complete list of the ingredients for each product on the label and on the website. Please do not use our products if you have sensitivities to any of our ingredients. If uncertain, only apply to a small “test” skin patch. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
